Abby
Abby

When my mom saw me at the shelter, we both knew we were a good match! Now, Mom had her grand-puppy living at her house, and Dad wasn't sure if they should take me home, because there is so much said about my breed not getting along with other dogs. So mom decided to foster me so dad would have time to realize what a sweet girl I am! The nice people at asnpr helped get me fixed up for a bad case of kennel cough, and also made sure I wouldn't have to have anymore puppies. Dad was convinced, and now I am in my forever home. I love my new niece, and we play together all the time. She is a basset hound, but I think she thinks she is just like me! Mom takes me for long walks, and we play frisbee and ball, it's so much fun! I still have some fears from my previous life situation, but Mom says with time I will not be so afraid anymore. My Mom and Dad say I am the best!

Angel
Angel

Hi! My name is Angel. My name says it all! The reason why I am in the Alliance foster is because I came into animal control injured. I had a choker chain collar embedded in my neck. They took me in so I could get it surgically removed and be adopted out to a family who would love and take care of me. I have a few more weeks of recovery, but if you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an on line adoption appliaction and email it to my foster mom at abbacarella@chartermi.net.

Pepper
Pepper

Hi! My new name is Pepper. I was adopted by a wonderful family in Ann Arbor. I love them so much! I am so lucky to have found them and they think they are lucky to have found me too!

Sammy
Sammy

Hi! I came into the Monroe County Animal Control with parvo. The nice ladies as ASNPR took me in and got me all better! I am loving life now living with my new mom Christina. She has changed my name to Sammy. I get to go swimming, sleep on the hammock, go for walks, play with my sibling and just have fun all the time! I love my new home and couldn't be happier anywhere else! Check out my photo gallery!

Roc
Roc

Roc came to Monroe County Animal Control with a severe broken leg. As it turns out, his left femur was broken in two places. A pin was surgically implanted so that the bone would heal itself. He never acted like he was in pain. He just kept wagging his tail. After 6 weeks, he has had the pin removed and is doing very well. He has been staying with a vet tech who has nursed him back to health. She said "he is a doll and would be a great family dog". He loves to take baths AND showers! If you are interested in Roc, please contact Amy at abbacarella@chartermi.net.
